Hello, I'm Jamie.

DESIGN: 

I've been designing in different capacities for the past 9 years now! (Time flys). I started my journey with hand lettering and teaching myself adobe suite, which led to eventually designing t-shirts for Matilda Jane Clothing. I have worked with other clothing brands as their in house graphic designer creating digital and print content for (sister companies)- Eleanor Rose, Kelly's Kids, and Wildflowers Clothing. From there I have freelanced for multiple clients, and worked as a marketing manager for Creative Women of the World. What drives me in design is the process and having fun, I really enjoy each part of creating something new, whether the design is more professional or unique. Creating visually appealing graphics no matter how simple, doesn't get old.  My designs are typically based off of ... 1. clients desires, 2. trends and research and 3. intuition (sometimes it just feels right). I tend to use Photoshop and Illustrator in tandem for most of my designs.

PHOTOGRAPHY: 

I have also taken up photography. I started photography by first editing flat lays for Matilda Jane clothing, then editing lifestyles for Eleanor Rose, and now I have learned the process of taking the photo as well as the editing.  I enjoy capturing the emotion of the event, and find a lot of joy being behind the camera.  I have shot for various events and performances in the Fort Wayne area for the past 2 years.
